UBOLT TOP PROFILES

 

U-bolt rods are made from a special alloy that allows cold forming without sacrificing torquing or

clamping strength. U-bolts are shipped with nuts run upon threads. This ensures that threads are

protected during shipping and require removal by purchaser/mechanic before installation. For this reason,

no warranty is extended for claims of cross threading or galling.

 

U-Bolts are warranted to be free of defects at time of shipment to customer. Any defects found by

purchaser must be reported to distributor upon discovery without delay.

 

U-bolts must not be mixed with old U-bolts or U-bolts from other manufacturers. A qualified automotive

mechanic using a certified calibrated torque wrench should install U-bolts. Torque values for specific U-bolt

material must not be exceeded.

 

Swift Spring & Suspension LLC extends only the following warranties, and only to the original purchaser.

These warranties give specific legal rights. Except where prohibited by local law, the laws of the State of

Washington govern all warranties and all exclusions and limitation of warranties and remedies.

 

Exclusion:

These warranties do not apply to any vehicle applications that have been changed in any manner that

alters the OEM vehicle configurations. These warranties shall not apply to any product or part which is

used for a purpose for which it is not designed, or which has been repaired or altered in any way so as to

affect adversely its performance or reliability, nor shall these warranties apply to any product or part

which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or wear incident to normal use and service.

Swift Spring & Suspension LLC. does not authorize any other person to make any warranty or to assume

any liability in connection with its products.

 

Except for warranties of title and the limited express warranties set forth by Swift Spring & Suspension

LLC, no express or implied warranties of any kind are made with respect to its products. In particular,

Swift Spring & Suspension LLC. makes no implied warranty of merchantability and no implied warranty of

fitness for any particular purpose. The laws of limitation of implied warranties may differ from state to

state, so the above limitations may not apply in all cases.

 

Limitations of Liability:

Swift Spring & Suspension LLC shall not be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages

resulting from or in any manner related to any product, or to the design, use or any inability to use the

product. The sole and exclusive remedy for a defective product or part shall be the replacement thereof

as provided above and in no event shall exceed the amount paid by the purchaser excluding freight

charges. The laws of limitation or remedies or on consequential, incidental or special damages may vary

from state to state, so the above limitations may not apply in all cases.

 

Warranty Claims:

Warranty considerations are at sole discretion of Swift Spring & Suspension LLC Product must be returned

within 30 days of purchase. Purchaser must provide copy of original invoice and pay all freight charges

associated with return of product.
